Biography
Timothy Matis received a BS, MS, and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has worked previously as an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering and as the Director of the Center for Stochastic Modeling at New Mexico State University. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech University and is the Site Director for the NSF funded Center of Engineering Logistics and Distribution. Has been the principal investigator on several federally funded grants and has considerable consulting experience.
